A Day at Alps Park

A few weeks back we spent the best day at Alps Park. The sun was shining, the kids were smiling, and everyone was in the best mood. Couldn't have asked for a better day with my Shooting Stars!

You know life is good when this is what you call a day at work.
So fortunate.

My Little Ocean

For May and June our focus has been Under the Sea. The kids have all made crafts as a class and learned about a variety of ocean animals, but I wanted to give them the opportunity to show me what animals they were really interested in. I gave each child a piece of cardboard, and over a week they built their own little miniature versions of our class ocean mural. As they completed them, they shared with the class at the end of the day what was in their ocean.
